Welcome to Weather Match! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Weather Match game and related services provided by Weather Match Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing Weather Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Weather Match, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the game.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of Weather Match after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. License to Use

Weather Match Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Weather Match for your personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may:

• Download and install Weather Match on devices you own or control
• Play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment
• Share your gaming experiences on social media with proper attribution

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the game for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Create derivative works based on Weather Match
• Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software

3. In-Game Currency (Bonus Score - BS)

Weather Match offers an optional in-game currency called Bonus Score (BS) that can be purchased with real money and used within the game for premium items, boosters, extra moves, and character customizations.

Important Terms:

• No Gambling: BS is not a form of gambling, betting, or real-money wagering. It is purely an in-game currency for entertainment purposes.
• No Real-World Value: BS has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between players.
• No Refunds: All purchases of BS are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
• Welcome Bonus: New players receive 100 BS as a welcome gift to experience premium features.
• Account-Bound: BS is tied to your game account and cannot be transferred or sold.

4. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features of Weather Match. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Weather Match to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other players
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the game servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use exploits, bugs, or glitches for unfair advantage
• Engage in any form of cheating or hacking
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to others

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in Weather Match, including but not limited to graphics, logos, characters, game mechanics, code, text, music, sound effects, and visual designs, are the property of Weather Match Studios or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Weather Match Studios retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the game. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to Weather Match or its content.

7. User-Generated Content

If you create or share content related to Weather Match (such as screenshots, videos, or reviews), you grant Weather Match Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for promotional and marketing purposes.

You represent and warrant that any content you share does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue Weather Match or any features at any time without prior notice. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily makes the game unavailable.

You understand that Weather Match is an evolving service, and we are not obligated to provide any specific features or maintain backward compatibility with older versions.

9. Third-Party Services

Weather Match may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as social media platforms or payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third parties.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Weather Match is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content

We do not guarantee that Weather Match will meet your expectations or that any errors will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weather Match Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Service interruptions or delays
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors or omissions in content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or Weather Match shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weather Match Studios, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of Weather Match
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your user-generated content

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Weather Match at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use Weather Match will immediately cease
• You must stop using the game and delete all copies
• Any accrued rights or obligations will survive termination
• You forfeit any unused BS or in-game items (no refunds)

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Weather Match shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intent to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Weather Match Studios regarding Weather Match and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
